NO.1 關(guān)于翅片模具Fin Die Series發(fā)表時(shí)間：2019-04-24 18:13 匯集中、外模具設(shè)計(jì)理念，從產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)到整模設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)，經(jīng)過(guò)多年鉆研于2010年開(kāi)發(fā)出一種全新圓弧形翅片模具，沖壓次數(shù)可達(dá)300SPM以上。目前已是我公司成熟技術(shù)，并大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。沖制出的空調(diào)蒸發(fā)器經(jīng)國(guó)家檢測(cè)屬于一級(jí)能效的高新產(chǎn)品。 圓弧形空調(diào)翅片模具也成為國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際制冷行業(yè)開(kāi)創(chuàng)新型、高效、節(jié)能、環(huán)保的空調(diào)技術(shù)的領(lǐng)路，導(dǎo)航產(chǎn)品。 Our company absorbs the design theory of domestic and oversea moulds, from product designed to entire mould’s design and development, Over decades of research we have developed a new kind of round arc fin die in 2011, the working speed is to exceed 300SPM.At present, as the technology matures we have began to make mass production already. Energy efficiency index have reached the level 1 under the detection of National Quality Inspection Center.
